This empowering women's circle gathers monthly on a Sunday near the full moon and themed around the energy of the lunar cycle and rhythm of the earth based on the wheel of the year, learning how to weave these mindful, beneficial practices into our modern-day life, making everyday life more easeful and magical as you're supported by a sisterhood of likeminded women.

This ritual we'll be harnessing the transformative energy of the Full Moon in Aquarius.

Option to make this a half day retreat for only $10 more by choosing the 3:00 Return to Self Class upgrade ticket (our restorative guided breath and mantra meditation class that can be done from a chair, for a deeply magical experience) and bring a snack to pass during the transition social hour while circle is set up. Tea will be served as well. :) You may also choose to arrive at 4:30 to socialize and settle in before we open the circle at 5.

🌕Plan for this upcoming Full Moon circle:

• Energetic cleansing and nervous system grounding through breath work and guided meditation

• Opening circle with introductions

• Connection ceremony to bond in sisterhood and raise the vibration of the circle

• Embodied energetic releasing practice that will include breath, guided moving meditation, and fire release

• Closing circle ceremony and reflections

✅ Circle is limited to 13 women to keep this offering intimate for close connections to be made, so registration is required to attend this event. These events fill up fast so if you feel a strong calling to join, please save your spot soon!   At this time there are 9 seats available for each ⭕️

✅ Come just as you are. The most important part is the call to be here ❤️

✅ Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to get settled and leave padding for traffic delays (doors open 30 min. before starting) late arrivals cannot be permitted as this causes disruption to the circle. Doors are locked at start time and we begin promptly at 5:00. If you are unable to make it, please message us in the app or call/text 810-316-0803 ASAP. Cancellations with-in 24 hours of the event and no shows are non-refundable.

Minimum donation required to attend: $22.22 per person. Practitioner rate: $33.33. $44.40 to pay it forward. Meet Jess,

Founder of Healing Light Studios

Somatic Healing Guide. Space Holder. Spiritual Bridge.

Jessina Mehu (she/her) is a trauma-informed somatic healing guide, modern-day eclectic witch, birth and rebirth doula, intuitive healer, and single mom whose lived experience has become the foundation of her life’s work.

After surviving childhood abuse, domestic violence, religious trauma, profound grief, and the loss of her late husband, Jess discovered that healing wasn’t about becoming someone new—it was about remembering who she had always been. That realization now shapes every offering at Healing Light Studios.

Known for creating safe, grounded bridges between science and spirituality, body and soul, ancient wisdom and modern understanding, Jess helps others reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed care that honors each person’s unique path. Rather than leading people toward a predetermined destination, she gently walks beside them as they discover what healing, spirituality, and wholeness mean for themselves.

Jess openly embraces the path of a modern-day eclectic witch and feels deeply called to help heal the witch wound by creating spaces where people can safely explore earth-based spirituality, intuition, and ritual without fear or shame. She believes spirituality is deeply personal and that every individual deserves the freedom to discover what feels true for their own heart and soul.

Drawing from both lived experience and extensive professional training—including birth doula care, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Kundalini Rebirthing, Reiki, chakra and energy healing, somatic healing, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed practices—Jess creates experiences that are both deeply intuitive and thoughtfully grounded.

Through weekly classes, monthly Full Moon rituals, Grief Circles, one-on-one private sessions, private group experiences, and the transformational Rising Goddess Journey, Jess invites others into safe, grounded spaces where they can heal, rise, remember, and become.
