Our Mission

To cultivate a diverse and safe community while dismantling the obstacles that hinder access to somatic healing practices for both the community and practitioners. We are dedicated to ensuring that somatic healing and personal growth are available to everyone. Our services emphasize healing and vitality, rather than just physical fitness.

Meet Our Team

Jess is here to guide you back into your power. With a strong call to be of service, she is passionate about holding space for others to heal, offering guidance and support on their transformational journey. Jessina Mehu (she/her) is a trauma-informed somatic healing guide, intuitive healer, working witch and single mom whose own path-from surviving domestic violence and deep personal losses to navigating life with CPTSD, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain and emotional dysregulation has shaped her mission: To make somatic healing accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all. Her passion lies heavily in supporting women through rebirthing journeys and reclaiming their divine feminine power, facilitating rituals, and holding space for trauma and grief healing journeys. She gently and intuitively guides others through the same embodied practices that helped her reclaim her own power-Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance, mantra, energy healing, and most of all, sisterhood and safe community. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern modalities, creating deeply restorative experiences that foster balance, transformation, and self-reclamation. * Join Jess for weekly somatic healing classes, circles, 1:1 sessions in-person and virtually

“Jessina has been an incredible support system for me throughout my life’s ups and downs. She’s been like a wise mentor, gently guiding me while I have been going through some big life changes with her encouragement, advice, and unwavering support. As a yoga practitioner, her classes create a calm, safe, and warm atmosphere filled with positive energy. Even though I’m a newbie to yoga and I still have a lot to learn, Jessina is so welcoming and explains things in a digestible way that’s easy to understand.  Her reminders to be gentle with ourselves and adapt as needed are super helpful, especially for someone like me who’s new to it and trying to get back in shape. Music is a big part of my life, and her incorporation of music with movement and breathing really elevates the experience! That’s something that really stands out for me and helps me get into it! Jessina’s teachings and classes have had a huge impact on me. They’ve unexpectedly given me emotional releases during sessions. It’s been an exciting journey to explore this new chapter with such a passionate and dedicated instructor. Her guidance is really inspiring me to keep learning and growing in the practices I’ve learned from her. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a transformative yoga experience. One thing that sets Jessina apart is her unique style and approach. She goes beyond traditional yoga practices and creates a nurturing and empowering space for women to discover support in a holistic way. She’s an amazing soul and I’m so happy I get to learn from her!” -Amanda Simmons
