Community Yoga is an opportunity to experience yoga at any level! This Yoga is for you, and is an opportunity to really get in your body, and give yourself the gift of love, time, space, and freedom.Registration required with minimum $1 donation to save your spot. This class runs every 3rd Saturday

Yin is a style of yoga comprised of passive postures held for longer periods of time. These long holds allow the muscles to relax so that we can lengthen and stretch the deeper connective tissues. Props are often used and this is a very accessible style of yoga.

Cultivate a sense of calm and focus as we build strength, balance, flexibility & core engagement in this gentle, trauma-informed yoga class. Registration required (by 8 PM Friday the 12th) with minimum $1 donation to save your spot. This class runs once a month, included in unlimited memberships.
