Punk Rock Yoga - Pop-Up Class with Jodi

Trade the spa music for some punk rock classics and join us for some fun in this one-of-a-kind yoga experience! Step out of survival mode and see how healing does not have to be heavy. 

We'll move, breathe, and unwind to hits from bands like Lagwagon, Millencolin, No Use for a Name, and other favorites from the golden era of punk.

This isn't your typical quiet yoga class. Expect a trauma-informed, relaxed, laid-back atmosphere where you can laugh, move at your own pace, and enjoy the music. The class is beginner-friendly with options for all levels, blending mindful movement, mobility, stretching, and a little attitude.

No pressure. No perfection. Just good music, good people, and good movement.

Bring your mat, wear whatever you're comfortable in, and come rock out with us.

✅ Space is limited, so registration is required to attend this event.

✅ Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled and leave padding for traffic delays (doors open 30 min. before starting). Doors are locked at 6.
