🌿Mother’s Day Mini‑Retreat Schedule:

9:30–10:30 AM — Sound Bath Immersion   Begin the morning with a fully immersive sound bath guided by our certified sound healer. Crystal bowls, chimes, and Himalayan bowls wash over the body in soothing waves, helping release tension, calm the mind, and restore balance to the nervous system. You’re invited to lie down with your favorite cozy props — blanket, pillow, bolster, or even a lounge chair. Simply rest, receive, and let your body drop into deep relaxation.

10:30–10:45 AM — Transition Window   A gentle pause for those attending only the sound bath to head out, and for retreat guests to settle in for the next portion.

10:45–11:45 AM — Yindalini Class with Jess   A soft blend of breathwork, meditation, and gentle restorative yoga to open the body, quiet the mind, and support emotional regulation.

12:00–12:30 (ish) PM — Tea‑Time Women’s Circle   A warm, heart‑centered space for connection and community, facilitated by Jess. Share, listen, and celebrate motherhood with fun, embodied practices. Guests are welcome to bring a small snack to pass (optional).

You’re welcome to join us for the full 3‑hour retreat, or attend the sound bath on its own.

We offer sliding‑scale pricing for accessibility, and these events tend to fill quickly — save your spot as soon as you feel the yes in your body.

Deb discovered the power of sound baths more than a decade ago, moved by their profound healing qualities. She became certified in Sound and Vibrational Therapies and offers private sessions and group experiences throughout the county. Her sound baths create space for stress reduction, emotional balance, and energetic harmony.

Jessina Mehu (she/her) is a trauma-informed somatic healing guide, intuitive healer and single mom whose own path-from surviving domestic violence and deep personal losses to navigating life with CPTSD, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain and emotional dysregulation has shaped her mission: To make somatic healing accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all. Her passion lies heavily in supporting women through rebirthing journeys and reclaiming their divine feminine power, facilitating rituals, and holding space for trauma and grief healing journeys. She gently and intuitively guides others through the same embodied practices that helped her reclaim her own power-Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance, mantra, energy healing, and most of all, sisterhood and safe community. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern modalities, creating deeply restorative experiences that foster balance, transformation, and self-reclamation.
