About the event
This empowering women's circle gathers monthly on a date near the new/full moon and themed around the energy of the lunar cycle and rhythm of the earth based on the wheel of the year, learning how to weave these mindful, beneficial practices into our modern-day life, making everyday life more easeful and magical.
This ritual we'll be working with the energy of the Full Moon in Virgo as we navigate the often-challenging eclipse season and the threshold between Imbolc and the Spring Equinox

Opening circle with introductions
Energetic cleansing with grounding breath work meditation
Embodied Releasing Ritual that will include breath, guided moving meditation, journaling and fire

📍 Important Details
✅ Circle is limited to 13 women to keep this offering intimate for close connections to be made, so registration is required to attend this event. These events fill up fast so if you feel a strong calling to join, please save your spot soon!
✅ Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and leave padding for traffic delays (doors open 30 min. before starting) late arrivals cannot be permitted as this causes disruption to the circle. Doors are locked at start time. If you are unable to make it, please send a message through the app or text us to let us know and we can save you a seat for the next circle.
✅Ages 18+ only
✅ This sliding scale offering supports our vision of inclusive, accessible healing. Please choose the rate that reflects your truth and supports our shared values. Minimum donation required to attend: $11.11 per person. Practitioner rate: $22.22. $33.33 to pay it forward.

Meet Jess,
Founder of Healing Light Studios
Survivor. Space holder. Somatic healing guide.
Jessina Mehu (she/her) is a trauma-informed practitioner, intuitive healer, and single mom whose own path-from surviving domestic violence and deep personal loss to navigating life with CPTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation has shaped her mission: To make somatic healing accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all. She gently and intuitively guides others through the same embodied practices that helped her reclaim her own power-Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and more. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern modalities, creating deeply restorative experiences that foster balance, transformation, and
self-reclamation.
