After graduating from my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I was uncertain on how and where I would gain my experience as a new yoga teacher. About six months after I graduated, I was introduced to Jessina at Healing Light Studios who was looking for teachers that shared her passion for yoga and community.
I have been meeting with Jessina and other teachers for the past four months focusing on personal growth, supporting each other, and business goals.
