Service Description
Gently restore balance and vitality with this unique Yin/Kundalini fusion class. This trauma-informed class is adaptable to all experience levels, please come just as you are! First Jess will gently guide you through Kundalini (Yang) practices to gently guide you into potent nervous system toning, sparking new neural pathways and restoring the glandular system for deep somatic healing, releasing stress and tension you may be carrying with breath and movement. Then she will guide you through the Yin side for restoration with longer holding simple poses to help you soften in stillness. This powerful combo will leave you feeling grounded, replenished and ready to flow through the week ahead. Offered in person and online with recordings available in members portal. Book this class at a one time drop-in rate, or included in Ultimate and Jess's memberships. Our virtual only membership includes a free 7-day trial, and only $22 a month beyond that. CLASS & APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY At Healing Light Studios, we value the commitment you make to yourself and our community when reserving a class or private appointment.
