Private Classes & Group Experiences Bring the Healing Light Studios experience to your community. Whether you’re gathering with friends, supporting your team in the workplace, hosting a retreat, planning a special event, or simply looking for a more personalized experience, private classes offer the opportunity to receive trauma-informed, heart-centered guidance in a setting that feels most supportive for your group. Classes can be customized for individuals, private groups, businesses, schools, community organizations, retreats, and special events. Together, we’ll create an experience that aligns with your intentions, your group, and the unique energy of your gathering. Offerings may include Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Goddess Somatic Alchemy, breathwork, moving meditation, nervous system regulation, intuitive movement, grief support, mindfulness, women’s circles, or a thoughtfully curated combination designed specifically for your event. Every offering is trauma-informed, welcoming to all experience levels, and adaptable for every body. Participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace, creating an environment where everyone can feel safe, included, and supported. Private experiences are available in person within approximately 30 minutes of Howell, Michigan, or virtually via Zoom. Yoga mats and props can be provided for local events upon request. Private experiences may be scheduled as a one-time event or as an ongoing monthly offering. Monthly partnerships are ideal for workplaces, organizations, and communities looking to provide consistent wellness support, and discounted pricing is available for recurring monthly bookings. Pricing varies based on group size, location, and the experience being created.
