We will flow through Kundalini breathwork, moving meditations, postures and intuitive dance sequencing in this unique class that offers potent somatic healing. No prior experience is needed! This practice meets you exactly where you are. It’s adaptable, deeply accessible, and backed by research shown to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and CPTSD symptoms, while improving sleep, mental clarity, and vitality. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your Hatha/Vinyasa journey, this is a sacred space for restoration on every layer of your being. Offered in person and online with recordings available in members portal. Book this class at a one-time drop-in rate, or included in Ultimate, virtual only, and Jess's memberships. Our virtual only membership includes a free 7-day trial, and only $22 a month beyond that. Cancel or change memberships any time easily through your members portal!

CLASS & APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY At Healing Light Studios, we value the commitment you make to yourself and our community when reserving a class or private appointment.
