Service Description
Please sign up for this class 1 hour prior to start time. Included in memberships or by drop-in. A slower paced, trauma-informed yoga class focused on breath, balance, strength, and mindful movement. We'll move through simple postures with time to settle into each pose, making it great for beginners or anyone wanting a more grounded practice. Expect a mix of stretching, gentle strength work, and relaxation to help you leave feeling more open and reset. Yoga mats and props available at the studio, and you are welcome to bring your own!

CLASS & APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY At Healing Light Studios, we value the commitment you make to yourself and our community when reserving a class or private appointment. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule or cancel as soon as possible so that others may have the opportunity to join. 🌿 Flexible Booking Adjustments – You may make changes to your booking up to 30 minutes before your scheduled class or private appointment if something changes and you’re no longer able to attend. 🌿 Respect for Instructors & Fellow Students – Your presence matters! If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, please email us within 48 hours—you may be able to reschedule, though refunds cannot be provided for missed sessions.
