Whether you have questions about our offerings, are navigating a significant life transition, or simply want support in discerning which path feels most aligned, this complimentary connection call is a gentle place to start. Together, we’ll explore what you’re seeking, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether Healing Light Studios is the right fit for your journey. There is never any pressure or expectation—only an opportunity to connect, be heard, and discover what support feels most aligned for you. Connection calls are offered free of charge. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule in advance so your time may be offered to someone else seeking support.
Cancellation Policy
CLASS & APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY At Healing Light Studios, we value the commitment you make to yourself and our community when reserving a class or private appointment. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule or cancel as soon as possible so that others may have the opportunity to join. 🌿 Flexible Booking Adjustments – You may make changes to your booking up to 30 minutes before your scheduled class or private appointment if something changes and you’re no longer able to attend. 🌿 Respect for Instructors & Fellow Students – Your presence matters! We ask that all students honor their appointments as part of creating a supportive and respectful space. 🌿 No-Show Policy – Because each session is thoughtfully prepared with your attendance in mind, we kindly ask that everyone uphold their commitment to showing up. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, please email us within 48 hours—you may be able to reschedule, though refunds cannot be provided for missed sessions.
