Service Description
This supportive, trauma-informed support circle is for those on a healing journey. Those of us that struggle with feelings of being alone in what they’re going through and tend to isolate, yet crave connection and community. The “black sheep” that often feel like they never fit in. This is a safe space to be seen and heard in authenticity as a stepping stone to healing trauma as a collective. Circle shares are not focused on trauma stories, but what we’re feeling and experiencing in the here and now as we ride the waves of life on our healing journeys. What to expect: Opening Introduction Circle Grounding Breath Practice/Meditation to soothe and align your nervous system Optional Circle Share with group to process , share and connect with likeminded people What to bring: An open heart Desire for community Willingness to hold space for others in kindness and confidentiality Book this class at a one-time drop-in rate or included in memberships.

CLASS & APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY At Healing Light Studios, we value the commitment you make to yourself and our community when reserving a class or private appointment. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule or cancel as soon as possible so that others may have the opportunity to join. 🌿 Flexible Booking Adjustments – You may make changes to your booking up to 30 minutes before your scheduled class or private appointment if something changes and you’re no longer able to attend. 🌿 Respect for Instructors & Fellow Students – Your presence matters! We ask that all students honor their appointments as part of creating a supportive and respectful space. 🌿 No-Show Policy – Because each session is thoughtfully prepared with your attendance in mind, we kindly ask that everyone uphold their commitment to showing up. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, please email us within 48 hours—you may be able to reschedule, though refunds cannot be provided for missed sessions.
