Life has a way of asking us to become someone new. Sometimes that invitation arrives through birth. Sometimes through grief, divorce, trauma, loss, or unexpected change. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate this season alone. As a birth and rebirth doula, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support for life’s sacred thresholds—helping you feel seen, grounded, and gently supported as you find your way forward. Together, we’ll move at the pace your nervous system is ready for, creating space for healing, integration, and the remembering of your own inner wisdom. Whether you’re preparing to welcome new life, healing after divorce or domestic abuse, navigating religious deconstruction, grieving the loss of a loved one, or moving through another profound life transition, you are welcome here. I became a DONA-certified birth doula in 2007 and have had the honor of supporting more than two dozen births. Since then, life has become my greatest teacher. I am a survivor of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and two divorces. I have walked the path of religious deconstruction after leaving a high-control faith community, navigated the devastating loss of my late husband and other loved ones, and rebuilt my life through my own journey of healing and rebirth. The trainings I’ve pursued—including Kundalini Rebirthing, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Reiki, chakra and energy healing, somatic healing, breathwork, and trauma-informed practices—reflect both my professional education and the path that helped me find my way home to myself. It is an honor to now walk beside others as they navigate their own sacred transitions. Sessions are available both in person at Healing Light Studios and virtually via Zoom. Your journey begins with a complimentary introductory call where we’ll connect, explore your needs, and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together. Weekly session membership available for accessiblity, and sponsorship may be available if financial circumstances are a barrier.
