This month’s restorative sound bath falls on the New Moon and Winter Solstice. A beautiful time to step away from the holiday hustle and restore balance and grounding in stillness. Join us for a fully immersive sound bath guided by a certified sound healer, where the resonant tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and Himalayan bowls will envelop you in waves of deep tranquility. This powerful practice is designed to promote inner harmony, release tension, and restore balance to both mind and body.

Come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into a space of serenity and renewal.

🌿What to Expect:

You’ll be invited to lie down on the floor with your cozy blanket, pillow, and bolster, or you may bring a lounge chair if you prefer sitting upright.

Simply relax as you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, helping your body and mind release tension and drop into a deeper state of relaxation. The full experience lasts 60 minutes. Simply rest, receive, and let your body do what it naturally knows how to do.

✅ Space is limited and this is a high demand offering, so registration is required to attend this event  

✅ Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled (doors open at 6:40)

✅Ages 16+ only   

✅ This sliding scale offering supports our vision of inclusive, accessible healing. Please choose the rate that reflects your truth and supports our shared values. Minimum donation required to attend: $20 per person. Practitioner rate: $30. $40 to pay it forward. Additional ticket options available.

✅ Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, or whatever you need to feel cozy.  Yoga mats and blankets are available if you don’t have one.   

✅ Bring a water bottle

Deb discovered the power of sound baths more than a decade ago, moved by their profound healing qualities. She became certified in Sound and Vibrational Therapies and offers private sessions and group experiences throughout the county. Her sound baths create space for stress reduction, emotional balance, and energetic harmony.
