About the event
Join Kelly for one hour of slow deliberate movement where we will focus on linking breath to movement while practicing intentional transitions and pauses between poses. This class will begin with attention to the breath, mindfulness and organic motion. As we flow through the hour, we will cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, core engagement and most importantly a sense of calm and focus. All are welcome in this space. EVERY yoga pose can be modified for your ability. This is not about making shapes with your body, it is about finding sensation in your own body and getting in alignment with yourself from there.
Set aside a little time to Love Your Self.
No Yoga Mat? No problem! We have extras on hand for you to use!
Never Done Yoga Before? Sweet! We can't wait to show you!
Not "in shape?" Perfect, neither are we!
Scared you can't "do it right?" No one can, that's why we call it a practice!
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.
Cash donations accepted at the event, minimum $1 donation required to save your spot ($10 suggested donation). Space is limited, so please register to save your spot (by Friday (by 8 PM Friday 12-5)) and cancel if you can't make it.

Meet Kelly, a passionate yoga instructor, with 10 years of experience on the mat and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Divine Power Yoga in June of 2024. After struggling for years with anxiety in her own life, yoga became a powerful tool for transformation, helping her develop mindfulness and the ability to control her breath. This journey not only alleviated her anxiety but also ignited her desire to share the healing benefits of yoga with others. Kelly brings a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of yoga. She believes in the power of breath work, alignment, and intentional movement to create balance and strength in both body and mind. Her teaching style is dynamic, yet accessible, offering students a space to explore their own practice and cultivate inner peace. With a smile and a sprinkle of humor, she also likes to remind everyone that yoga is not about perfect poses but about finding the peace and happiness within us. As a teacher, Kelly is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all levels of students, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Her classes emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and building resilience both on and off the mat. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, build strength, or simply find a moment of calm, Kelly’s classes are designed to guide you on your journey to greater well-being.
