Community Yoga is an opportunity to experience yoga at any level! This Yoga is for you and is an opportunity to really get in your body, and give yourself the gift of love, time, space, and freedom.

Not flexible? No problem! No Yoga Mat? No problem! We have extras on hand for you to use!

Never Done Yoga Before? Sweet! We can't wait to show you!

Not "in shape?" Perfect, neither are we!

Scared you can't "do it right?" No one can, that's why we call it a practice!

Open to adults 15 and up.

All are welcome in this space. EVERY yoga pose can be modified for your ability. This is not about making shapes with your body, it is about finding sensation in your own body and getting in alignment with yourself from there.

Join us for this most excellent community yoga flow offering. 

All bodies, all souls, all shapes and sizes and levels of ability are welcome. Heck, come sit in child's pose for an hour and just have a breather if that's what you need.

The session is approximately 45 mins followed by a 15-minute Gong/Sound Bath. Donations accepted at the event, minimum $1 donation required to save your spot. Space is limited, so please register to save your spot and cancel if you can't make it.
