Chaos Yoga is not your typical flow…and that’s exactly the point. Created by Rachele Evers, this experimental offering invites you to break the rules and discover what lies beyond the structure.

This fun, wildly unpredictable practice is designed to short-circuit the mind’s need for order and control. With no set sequence and no time to overthink, you'll be guided through a spontaneous mix of your favorite poses randomly selected and woven together on the fly.

Disorganized by design, Chaos Yoga wakes up the nervous system, breaks habitual patterns, and reminds you: you're far more capable (and adaptable) than you think.

Expect the unexpected. And maybe a little sweat.

All are welcome in this space. EVERY yoga pose can be modified for your ability. This is not about making shapes with your body, it is about finding sensation in your own body and getting in alignment with yourself from there.

The session is approximately 45 mins followed by a 15-minute Gong/Sound Bath. Donations accepted at the event, minimum $1 donation required to save your spot. Space is limited, so please register to save your spot and cancel if you can't make it.
